The superbill includes diagnosis codes, CPT codes, date of service, amount paid, and provider credentials—everything your insurance company needs to process a claim.

Do you offer sliding scale?

While we don’t offer formal sliding scale pricing, we’re open to discussing alternative care arrangements (like less frequent visits with messaging support) if cost is a concern.
